Lora Molnar grew up in Skillman, New Jersey, but returned to the birthplace of her parents, Ohio, to attend college at Denison University. After college, Lora moved to Columbus, where she worked at a natural foods store for several years before pursuing her dream of becoming a labor attorney. While attending law school at The Ohio State University, Lora was a managing editor of the law review and the managing editor of the Guardian ad Litem project for the Pro Bono Research Group.

Lora primarily represents teachers, educational support personnel, public transportation employees, nurses, and their associations.  This includes representation during disciplinary processes, professional licensure investigations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.  Lora also negotiates collective bargaining agreements and represents Unions before the State Employment Relations Board and National Labor Relations Board.  When she is not working, Lora is spending time with her husband and sons.
