Kristin Seifert Watson was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and is the daughter of a steelworker and a teacher. She attended public school in the Youngstown area, and received her Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University. She developed an interest in representing working people from family experiences and from spending time working with her father during college. While in law school, Kristin participated in the AFL-CIO Law Student Union Summer and the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition in New York City. Kristin practices primarily in the areas of private sector labor, litigation and small business. Kristin lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
