David Latanick was born and attended public schools in Cleveland (Parma), Ohio. Between college and law school, in the early 1970’s, he volunteered for the United States Army, serving most of his hitch as a Private First Class on a missile ordnance base in Okinawa, Japan. He returned to Ohio to complete law school at The Ohio State University. David was a founding partner of the firm, and spent twenty years involved in class action litigation advancing the rights of people with developmental disabilities. He practices principally in the areas of small business, education law and professional associations. He has been married forever to Maureen, a private practice dietitian. They have three sons, and live in Columbus, Ohio, with a large brown dog named Copper.
