About Abbie

Abbie Obenour grew up in Columbus, OH. She earned her undergraduate degree in English and History at The Ohio State University in 2007, her Masters of Public Health at OSU in 2008, and her Juris Doctor from Capital University in 2013. She was admitted to practice in Ohio in November 2013 and immediately opened her own practice, which she still operates today. Abbie helps clients with estate and trust planning and estate administration. She is also an active guardian ad litem for children in foster care or under protective supervision, and helps families with adoption and assisted reproduction.

Abbie lives in Clintonville with her husband, four dogs, five fish and one guinea pig. She’s expecting her first child in 2021. When she’s not on the job, Abbie likes to cook, bake, knit, and sew – especially quilting.
